Medium Contemporary Jacquard Cover is an abstract work of the Lanificio Leo brand: namely, a sheep. This image is pushed to the limits of recognition that forms the basic element for a three-color jacquard, a sort of resolution for re-organizing on a larger scale the fundamentals of weaving. Medium Contemporary Jacquard Cover belongs to Plaid Punto Pecora S Limited Edition and is a contemporary interpretation of the triple jacquard weaving technique. The same sequence of colors are interwoven to create three layers of knit for a full graphic effect. The patterns interpret this technique in an innovative way, producing knitwear which keeps alive the vintage image of grandmother’s blanket but with a fresh, new visual appeal. Composition: 80% lana vergine and 20% poliamide.
