How Its Made
From all angles a very interesting form. The iron is bend out of one piece which we produce together. While Hans warms the iron with a gas flame Mariette bends the iron around an iron mould. It’s not a very easy production process but it gives a very good ‘craftsmanship’ feeling. After welding the rings for installation the frame is finished with a black matt paint. With a woodcutter the slots are made in the shelves and fit perfectly on the frame. The six shelves are made of oak and several times covered with a semi-matt finish. All parts of the production are done by ourselves.
